DIVERSITY

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are very important to me. I will strive to make CAP more diverse, equitable and inclusive.

It is important that the health care work force reflects the population we serve, and I will promote CAP's vision of increasing Black, Latinx, and Spanish speaking professionals within CAP's membership and leadership.

I will also support CAP's initiative to increase the pipeline of Black, Latinx, and Spanish speaking individuals in medical school and Pathology residencies.
